Hi there! I have been a licensed therapist for nine years, working in the outpatient hospital system, and I also worked for ten years on a psychiatric crisis team. I have worked with just about every type of condition, but have concentrated on people with anxiety, ADHD, career decisions, and interpersonal relationship struggles. My target age groups are females/males aged 20-35, who I see as being in a very transitional and challenging period of life. Women ages 40-65 are my second demographic. My own lived experiences provide me with insight, enabling me to guide my clients through challenging times. The first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and determine how I can best assist you. I would like to obtain some historical information and also details about your current operations. We will identify your specific issues and work to prioritize addressing them in future sessions.
