I strive to create a welcoming space for my clients by fostering a relaxed/ nonjudgmental atmosphere for vulnerability, as well as a space to laugh! I love working with clients who may not enjoy all aspects of therapy and offer creative methods to process difficult feelings. I look at the whole picture of a person. Whether I am working with couples or you individually, my goal is to understand how your story is impacted by everything around you. We will work together to deepen the connection you have with yourself and those around you.
