I am a newly Certified Social Worker offering mental health services for all ages and concerns with a specialized interest in children and trauma. My therapeutic approach involves meeting the client where they are. My goals for clients include having a better understanding of themselves and how they perceive the world around them. A major focus of my individual approach is supporting the differentiation of internal and external stressors to give my client a realistic sense of control. Using a humanistic approach in sessions, I strive to assist clients in uncovering their strengths while approaching their concerns with compassion.
