Lakera has experience working with clients with various mental health disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, grief issues, conduct disorders, adjustment disorders, substance use issues, and career/life transitions. She has worked with all populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. She is also an infant mental health therapist in the state of Arkansas. Utilizing cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, she believes that clients can be empowered to use all life experiences to create a brighter, better reality and live to their fullest potential.
