Lakes Center for Youth and Families serves school-aged youth struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues that impact school and home life. They may act out, withdraw, or feel overwhelmed, and want someone to listen and help. Their caregivers may feel unsure how to support them and are looking for tools to improve communication and reduce stress. Both want relief, connection, and guidance. By meeting students in school and involving families, we help youth build resilience, develop coping skills, and strengthen relationships at home and in their community. We provide personalized support for kids, teens, and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, family challenges, and more. No matter what you’re going through, we’re here to help you feel heard, supported, and stronger—at home, at school, and in life.
