I provide individual therapy services to individuals ages 13 and older. I approach counseling from what is known as an eclectic position, meaning I enjoy working with very diverse groups of individuals utilizing therapy approaches that best suit their needs. Common concerns that lead clients to seek therapy include anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, trauma, parenting, grief/loss, marital discord, relational difficulties, premarital counseling, divorce, adjustment/phase of life issues, work stressors, military issues/transition, school/college issues, spirituality, etc. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to assist clients with identifying the link between their thoughts and feelings and how both affect their behavior and the decisions they make. I offer faith based Christian counseling. My faith in God and the Bible as well as my education, training and experience is the foundation for my work.
