It is my primary focus to help empower my clients to make meaningful changes in their lives through goal-directed interventions and strategic planning. With twenty plus years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families and various mental health & addiction populations, I encourage the use of one's own strengths to overcome challenging issues. I have been trained to treat various mental health and addictions issues. I use evidence-based, goal oriented and measurable techniques to assist in the therapeutic process. This journey I promise to take with you will achieve positive outcomes and results. I am licensed (DE, PA, MD, NJ) and trained in various treatment techniques. I am also co-founder/owner of Your Center, LLC a full-service private practice that offers full scale therapeutic and medication management services. Our services also extend to include face to face, school-based and tele-therapy services to individuals, families, couples, etc.
