The focus of my practice is to help individuals and couples overcome life challenges and create fulfilling and meaningful relationships. If you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with a life transition, recovering after a traumatic event, or striving to find balance in your life, please know that you don't need to face your challenges alone. I appreciate that every person has unique needs and provide a safe and supportive environment where you can discuss your concerns, discover new ways to address stressful situations and start creating secure emotional connections with your loved ones. I hold a holistic view of health and emotional healing. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Systemic Family Constellations. In addition to individual and family therapy, I facilitate "Hold Me Tight" workshops and Therapy Intensives for couples seeking to enrich their relationship and deepen intimacy.
