A warm welcome to you. It is a deeply personal commitment to show up for and engage in the therapeutic process, especially when what had worked in the past no longer feels helpful in the present, and it feels hard to reimagine a different future. For some of us, we do life experiencing a disconnect within ourselves despite our best intentions for more vital, and fulfilling experiences.
