When we’ve been struggling for a while it’s easy to feel stuck and overwhelmed. I’m here to help you understand the parts of you that may be feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, or in doubt. Together we will build a supportive relationship in which we can explore the challenges you’re experiencing, whether it’s an internal struggle or an external conflict. I want to help you access the self-confidence and inner trust that we all have inside, but may have lost touch with. My approach is client-centered and rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy, which welcomes all parts of you in a non-pathologizing way.
