There is beauty in the complexity of our lives, and often difficulty too. Sometimes, our inner resources and life's challenges don't align, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or incapable. My intent is to help you to find more freedom, ease, and wholeness in these moments. I am skilled in working with experiences of complex trauma and chronic pain/illness, depression, and anxiety. I am experienced in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ and ENM communities, neurodivergent folks, and those whose lives question social norms. My approach emphasizes depth, gentleness, creativity, and awareness.
