I work with first responders, athletes, those who have struggled with addiction and individuals who have experienced trauma. Many face anxiety, stress, and the impact of high-pressure environments that can leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and their loved ones. They come to therapy seeking relief, balance, and hope for something more than just “getting by.” My clients want to heal, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. I show up authentically, creating a safe and genuine space where they can explore, process, and begin to move forward. I show up authentically in every session, providing both practical tools and deep healing work. My goal is to help clients process trauma, build resilience, and find renewed strength.
