I’m Lania Brown, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with over 2 years of experience. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, panic disorders, mood and behavioral disorders, parenting struggles, and grief. I have a special focus on supporting teens as they navigate developmental and mental health challenges, as well as providing family and couples counseling to help resolve conflicts and improve communication.
