About

The heart of my work is compassion and curiosity. My goal is instill these into my clients. I believe each person is innately health seeking. We find our way off this path for important reasons. We work together to understand the reasons with compassion. With curiosity we discover ways back on a healthier path. I discovered that compassion allows us to move on and that curiosity allows for new choices to emerge for profound change. I work with adults and mothers with infants. My approach draws from contemporary psychodynamic theory, attachment and neuroscience research, trauma techniques, systems theory, CBT and mindfulness.
