Therapy can be a safe space to slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and practice showing up for yourself in new ways. I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are seeking support with symptoms of ADHD and ASD, navigating caregiver burnout, struggling with self-worth, or adjusting to major changes in identity, relationships, or life directions. Therapy with me is about building self-trust, self-efficacy, and compassion for yourself as you are.
