I work with children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed by life's challenges, transitions, and emotional struggles. My practice provides a non-judgmental, supportive space for individuals to understand their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we explore and navigate complex emotions, and work towards healing and growth. My goal is to help individuals and families feel more grounded, empowered, and connected as they develop the tools they need to thrive in all areas of life. As a trauma therapist for youth, teens and young adults, I provide a compassionate space to help individuals heal from past experiences. Using approaches like play therapy and talk therapy, I help guide individuals through emotional recovery, building resilience, and developing healthy coping skills to thrive in relationships, school, and life.
