I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Missoula, MT. I have worked with clients facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, career difficulties, and trauma. More recently my work has focused on helping people enhance their quality of life while managing chronic health conditions and healing from trauma. My approach integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
