Clients come to me to work on issues of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger management concerns, recovering from sexual assault/sexual abuse, and for exploring issues of sexual identity or sexuality issues. I am comfortable working with individuals, couples, and entire families -- and I am comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to explore the issues of concern to you. My specialized approach allows me to implement a variety of techniques and modalities in order to tailor-fit your therapy sessions. I have completed the Level 3 Practicum training in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy and rely heavily upon this method for helping couples. Additionally, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and other attachment-based systems.
