As a relationship/ADHD coach, I work with couples to help resolve communication and conflict issues, with the goal of strengthening their relationships. I also help people with life transitions, and to understand and make the best of their individual strengths. Working with ADHD individuals is a specialty, helping them be their best self. I believe that people can change and grow throughout their lifespan. My clients are primarily adults dealing with individual life challenges, couples dealing with relationship issues, and seniors adjusting to life and health changes and transitions. My training and experience has enabled me to focus on helping couples with communication, conflict and other issues. My experience with treating ADHD/ADD individuals and their families is also a specialty.
