I specialize in working with women ages 18–35 who are ready to invest in themselves and prioritize their mental health. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, caregivers, and community leaders—women who are often seen as “the strong one.” But beneath the surface, they may be silently carrying the weight of grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma.
