I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that being your best self requires stability mentally, spiritually, and physically. My focus as your therapist will be to support you in finding this balance. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, grief and loss. Unfortunately, we don't get to choose our foundation, but we can refuse to allow it to define our future happiness and success! We all have a purpose while living on this earth, and I can attest that there is nothing more fulfilling or worthwhile when you are living in yours and know it!
