My ideal client is someone who is willing to work on their concerns. Individuals needing help with anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma. Clients who recognize their need for counseling and are ready to accept help. I want to help individuals who want to better their mental health and are motivated to change. Change is hard enough, but alone, it can be even harder. If you have someone on your side, it can help you feel more comfortable making these changes, enforcing boundaries with others, and learning more about yourself.
