Life has expected and unexpected challenges. Often times those challenges makes us feel anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed. My goal is to provide quality behavioral based therapeutic services to adolescents, individuals, and couples in a caring environment. Through our collaborative work together, we will seek to promote a positive sense of self, while lessoning the experience of anxiety and worry which can inhibit your life. My role is to create a safe space for you to be authentic and true to yourself, while using a range of approaches such as Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
