Life is amazing yet difficult. We are always adapting to change, whether they want to or not. These adaptations can take a toll on us, which is why it's always important to check in on you, yeah, the inner you, and make sure that "you" are okay. That is why seeking a therapist is a top priority. I provide support for individuals, couples, families, and groups. I support all individuals and am an Ally for inclusivity regarding race, religion, ability, gender, sexuality, body type, and age. I also have experience working with Neurodivergent individuals, both verbal vocal and non-verbal vocal. I work with adults and adolescents.
