I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) who specializes in depression, anxiety, grief and trauma. I have a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have extensive training in risk assessment, family therapy, sexual abuse and complex trauma. After working in school and non-profit settings for several years, I saw a lot of people struggling with mental health issues that were not properly addressed. I felt called to provide children, adolescents, couples and adults with a safe space to explore and resolve these concerns. I like assessing the needs of my clients and then use a variety of proven therapy methods to help them resolve emotional and behavioral difficulties.
