As a Drama Therapist, I focus my energy on personal/generational trauma and its effect on human connection. Together, in session, we will process the intense emotions that have emerged from your experiences, and have been difficult for you to express, whether it is depression, anxiety, abuse, or neglect. We will develop strategies to help you identify and live through these challenges. Making the decision to heal from trauma is brave. It is also a strenuous path you should not travel alone. I offer clients a judgement free space with an open heart.
