I’m passionate about supporting women through the many transitions and challenges that shape their lives—motherhood, career shifts, mid-life changes, relationship struggles, grief, and the desire for deeper wellness. Over many years in this work, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside women through these seasons, and my ongoing love of learning keeps me inspired and continually growing, allowing me to bring fresh insight and genuine curiosity into every session. I draw from mindfulness, ACT, IFS, and solution-focused tools to support meaningful, lasting change.
