Hi, my name is Laura Amelia, I am a Bilingual Counselor and offer virtual sessions in Colorado and face to face sessions at Miami Beach, FL. I have a wide variety of experiences working with different types of mental health issues but focus the most helping people with depression, addictions, anxiety, attachment issues and unresolved trauma. My hope is to provide a safe space for you to process your emotions, develop a deeper understanding of your needs and who you are, and help you make progress in your healing journey. I also like to integrate Gestalt Techniques and Narrative Techniques into my approach.
