Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker who provides treatment for anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive behavior, depression, life transitions, and more. Whether online or in-person, each of my clients are met with an empathic and non-judgmental approach. As a provider, I recognize the isolation and debilitation that comes with experiencing a mental illness. Thus, I aim to acknowledge, validate, and advocate for the experiences of each client. I provide individual counseling that focuses on the whole person. My approach is to consider all aspects of a person's life in the healing process.
