Are you feeling anxiety and a sense of overwhelm? Whether you are feeling this due to life circumstances, relationship difficulties, or larger societal issues, I look forward to helping you move through this feeling of being stuck. Anxiety, depression, and couple conflict can be difficult, but I enjoy collaborating with my clients to help them utilize their strengths to meet challenges. I believe everyone has unique skills that can be enhanced with therapy to develop increased coping skills. I have experience with LGBTQ+ individuals and women and the particular obstacles they face.
