Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, etc. that effect our daily lives, all of which can have a profound impact on our ability to manage mental health and maintain healthy relationships with others. This is especially typical in adolescent years when the strive for independence and formulation of personal identity often creates conflict within family systems, issues with self-esteem, and interactions with peers. While I see clients of all ages, I enjoy working with teens struggling to find themselves while navigating the numerous changes experienced during adolescence.
