I have worked with children and adolescents in treatment centers, schools, and after-school programs and with adults in psychiatric clinics, private practice, and non-profit organizations. I specialize in a trauma informed humanistic approach combining talk therapy with expressive arts therapy. My expertise lie in PTSD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. In my work with children I believe strongly in the power of play therapy for expression and growth. I believe our psychology is directly connected to our physiology and is shaped by our environments. With the use of visual arts & light, music, and dance, my aim is to help clients express themselves, address symptoms, explore and process trauma in order to walk towards healing, and thriving.
