I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to kids and teens in a small private practice setting. My therapy practice is ideal for youth struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, mood challenges, trauma symptoms, or any number of difficult life transitions. These may range from adjusting to school to navigating family separation or divorce. I also have dedicated time in my practice to conduct comprehensive and timely ADHD evaluations for clients ages 6 and over. My weekly caseload is intentionally limited in order to provide high-quality and attentive care for my clients. In my practice, I strive to create a warm and supportive therapeutic environment. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, I will collaborate closely with you and/or your child to develop a treatment plan that addresses your unique goals and needs. I offer flexible hours, and clients are typically seen within one week of initiating services.
