I have experience working with individuals who suffer from a variety of mental health issues along with those who have endured traumatic events including domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. I believe that our past wounds can impact the quality of our daily lives, often resulting in depression, anxiety, trust issues, troubled or dissatisfying relationships, poor work or school performance, and negative self-esteem. I work with clients to develop positive coping skills and resolve past or present traumas.
