I’m a holistic psychotherapist who helps individuals and couples navigate the complexities of intimacy, communication, and desire with compassion and care. I support people from all backgrounds experiencing adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, prolonged grief, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum. My passion is supporting people as they deepen their relationships—both with themselves and with others—through an approach that is affirming, nonjudgmental, intersectional, strengths-based, and trauma-capable.
