Feeling lost, discontent, confused? Tumultuous times necessitate change. Sometimes we find ourselves isolated; a ghost of who we were, haunted by a sadness deep in the soul, needing a guide to help find our inner light to feel connected, in balance, more at peace in a tumultuous time when things are too loud. I assist clients in finding renewed balance, hope, awareness so that one feels actualized and inspired to live life to its fullest. Carpe Diem! If you feel as if you are carrying the burden in silence, perhaps it is time to give a voice, illuminate the darkness and gently begin to heal. I believe in a holistic, collaborative and humanistic approach. I am here to guide and practice compassion and non-judgmental acceptance. Diversity inclusive!
