My philosophy is that everyone is unique and different with their issues. I understand individual differences in that an individual may not respond to every therapeutic style. Therefore, I am willing to tailor therapy to find the best fit for every client I work with. I feel that everyone deserves an opportunity for change and to live a happier, healthier life regardless of past experiences. I have experience working with addiction, trauma, Veterans and general Mental Health issues such as anxiety and depression. Currently, I specialize in working with Veterans and adults 18 and older.
