I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples in achieving their most authentic and fulfilling lives. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, grief, infidelity, communication/boundary issues, and rebuilding connection/trust. I also have experience with diverse cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+. With couples, I use Emotion Focused Therapy (which has been shown by research to be one of the most effective treatment methods for couples) and Gottman methods.
