Congratulations on starting a therapy journey ! I have been working with people struggling with chronic illness/pain, stress&anxiety for a decade as a health&life coach, and later on as a therapist. I went back to school when I realized the level our psyche and past trauma play into our current day health. While I am grateful for my clinical training, I always say my greatest training is from being in your exact seat. I have sat in the client seat for years with many gifted people and continue to do so, often with those who made me dig DEEP. It allows me much greater depth with my clients and is the approach I embody with clients.
