Adult ADHD therapy for adults via telehealth in Colorado, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington. I specialize in helping adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer work, or unsure how to move forward when anxiety, mood concerns, and attention difficulties overlap. In addition to individual therapy, I offer structured, parent-focused executive functioning coaching for parents of teens with ADHD (ages 13–18). This short-term, self-pay service supports parents in reducing conflict at home and improving daily functioning and school support.
