Perhaps you are adjusting to a life change or caregiver/parenting role that has served to create new, or worsen existing mental health concerns. Or maybe you feel constant pressure to exceed the expectations of others, only to put your own needs last? You are not alone! Whatever the reason you're looking for support, know I believe mental and emotional well-being is essential for a meaningful and balanced life. As such I will be a committed ally in your pursuit of improved mental wellness. I have experience and expertise with grief and loss, anxiety, depression and women's issues as well as caregiver/parenting support.
