I know for a fact that parenting can be a beautiful experience! I also know that it can be incredibly difficult, frustrating, and confusing. Parenting comes with so many changes and challenges. It brings with it relational and emotional dynamics, between you and your partner and also within yourself. We can encounter anger, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and loss of our old identity.
