When you feel unsure, stressed or simply not like yourself, any decision can feel overwhelming and challenging to navigate. This uncertainty combined with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma can lead to feeling paralyzed. Starting therapy can be a supportive and gentle antidote to this paralysis and fear. I practice in a way that is kind, direct and action-oriented in therapy, and I look forward to helping you find a direction, and confidence in your direction, in our time together. I practice from a strengths based, trauma informed perspective and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance.
