As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to my work. With a background in community crisis settings, I've supported individuals and families through challenging times and have developed a special focus on trauma work. I also enjoy working with children and supporting them through their unique journeys. I have a strong interest in helping couples strengthen their relationships using Emotionally Focused Therapy. And while I'm still growing my expertise in Internal Family Systems Therapy, I am excited to incorporate this where it can benefit my clients.
