Hi, I’m Laura. Welcome! I bring warmth, knowledge, and humor to the therapy room. I love working with neurodivergent adults, artists/creatives, and the LGBTQIA+ community. We are all complex beings and I believe a dynamic approach is needed to honor that. Who and how you are is welcome here. I work with people who understand their challenges on an intellectual level and are ready to work on healing at a deeper level. I also work with clients who are exploring their identity, be that gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or otherwise. Those who have coping skills, maybe an understanding of ‘why’ they struggle, and yet still feel something is stuck. Working with your system rather than against it gives us a chance to create sustainable change.
