Hello and welcome. Life experiences can be complex, challenging, at times confusing and overwhelming. While this is all so normal, many folks struggle to navigate the difficulty of these experiences. I truly believe we’re not meant to struggle through these waves all on our own. I have experienced how effective therapy can be in helping people move through past traumas, in transforming their lives and having more space for peace, connection, joy and freedom. I love my work with children, teens and adults, and have found it to be so gratifying to take part in the steady unfolding of an individual's or family’s transformation.
