I use a variety of modalities including trauma based and solution focused therapy. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important to begin this process and look forward to learning more about your journey. My approach is collaborative, so we will both share our thoughts and ideas as we decide how we will work together. I used a variety of modalities including Trauma-Focused CBT, Family systems dynamics, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing.
