Immediate Availability! During times of trauma it is not uncommon to feel confused, lost or simply overwhelmed. We all have times in our lives that can be especially challenging and during these moments simply having someone to listen can make a big difference. When you are ready to make that call, I will listen and provide you with a safe environment to find your way back to solid ground. I understand that you are unique and no one approach works for everyone, and so I use a range of therapeutic techniques to find what resonates with you. You set the goals and together we set the gps to head directly to those goals.
