I support clients where they are in their lives, whether they are experiencing anxiety or depression, or whether they need a safe space to process their thoughts and emotions without judgement. At Strength Within Mental Health Care and Consulting, I believe that all people have the power and strength to heal, but that they often need a safe space and a listening ear to find it within themselves. I have over 20 years of experience working with people who have struggled with mental health symptoms and diagnosis, including those with anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, along with other diagnosis, such as Bipolar. I have helped clients with challenges within their relationships, along with supporting those that are struggling with life transitions. I work with adolescents and adults and provide a safe space for processing.
