I am skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have worked with the substance use disorder population for over a decade and am passionate about supporting those with infertility difficulties. Although I specialize in these areas, I am a general mental health practitioner and am happy to partner with you on your journey for self-care and wellness.
